Floor Introduction
The SHIBAURA HOUSE rental space consists of four uniquely designed floors. During the day, it has a bright and open atmosphere, while at night, it transforms into a slightly dramatic scene. The space changes our mood depending on the time of day. It can be used in a variety of ways, depending on your ideas. Feel free to design your own unique event with creative freedom.

LIVING
A space for anybody to connect with the town
This bright and spacious open area spans 100 square meters with ceiling height of 5.2meters. The diverse plantings provide a sense of tranquility. Equipped with kitchen facilities and available for preparing food and drink, it is suitable place for parties and many activities. It can accommodate around 80 people for standing receptions. The glass-walled space creates an open atmosphere, ideal for talk events and workshops.
◎ Rental fees (minimum usage time: 2 hours)
A: ¥38,000/hour～ B: ¥7,000/hour～
◎ Full-day rental fee (9:00-21:00)
A: ¥303,000/hour～ B: ¥70,000/hour～

LOUNGE
Lounge in the warmth of the greenery and sunlight filtering through the trees
This floor connects with the first floor through an atrium, offering a calmer atmosphere. It is recommended to use the lounge in conjunction with the first floor for parties. Sunlight enters through the south-facing terrace, it is suitable for small exhibitions. The maximum capacity above 30 people.
*For those sensitive to noise or odors, we recommend you to use this floor with the first floor together.

It is a floor consisting of two spaces softly divided by glass-walled and a terrace.This floor is available for 15 people above.

*The 3rd floor operates as a co-working space called "Relations," it can be rented upon request. It is available for use by for profit- organizations only.

BIRD ROOM
An island that floats in an urban sky
About 25 meters above the ground, the fully glass-walled space feels like it's floating in mid-air. It is perfect space for presentations and seminars. You can use it for various activities, such as exercising close to the sky or hosting parties a midst with night view. The exclusive terrace on the 5th floor is also a pleasant, breezy space. It can accommodate above 80 people.

B: ¥17,000/hour～
