Expand your relations,
join our co-working community!
SHIBAURA HOUSE is now recruiting new members for Relations, our co-working space. We have been operating the Relations program for over a year now, and we are motivated to expand our community. By building a community together with people from various professions, we aim to create an exciting environment that can spark more creativity than a common office space.
In addition to providing workspace, the Relations program also aims to provide a structure where you can get the support, opportunities and skills required to help realize your ideas.
#Point 1
Sharing networks leads to new possibilities.
[Photograph Above] One of our members Ayako Yoshida (MAITE) started a Knit Café in the 1F Community Space. The event is creating new connections with residents of the neighborhood.
[Photograph Below] The intermediate support organization for social ventures, SVP TOKYO, is also a member of Relations. We are seeing more organizations working with social issues in our building.
In Relations, we already have members working in a variety of fields including the support of social ventures, landscape design, fair-trade fashion, future research initiatives, and communication design. We support networking as well as inter-disciplinary practices among the Relations members to create an environment that encourages collaboration.

A surprisingly unique and creative space.
Each floor of our building can be used differently. The 2F/3F are mainly used as workspaces, and the 1F/5F are our designated event spaces.

SHIBAURA HOUSE was designed by the world renowned architect Kazuyo Sejima in 2011. The building is a vertical layering of interconnected spaces, filled with natural light and air. Just being here will stimulate your creativity.

Event space at a reasonable price
As a member, you will have access to the event space at SHIBAURA HOUSE at a discounted rate. Prices start at ¥3000/hour, depending on the time and day. You can host a lecture, a party, or anything you can imagine!

You can concentrate on what is truly essential to your work.
If you are a designer, you can focus on work that is truly creative. If you are in social business, you can spend your time on the issues you want to address. Relations offers you a variety of additional services including accounting, tax processing, PR work, photography and graphic design. This program is highly recommended for self-employed people and startups.

Prices start from ¥3,000 per month.
Work your way, you choose how you want to work.
With the expansion of Relations, we have created four membership options that are designed to fit your needs. As well as the use of the workspace, all members have access to the event space at a generously discounted price.
