SHIBAURA HOUSE × Alife パートナーシップ契約のお知らせ

この度、SHIBAURA HOUSEでは、いま台湾で注目されるライフスタイルブランド Alifeとのパートナーシップ契約を締結しました。SHIBAURA HOUSEのコミュニティ"Relations"のメンバーになると、台湾のAlifeのスペースも利用できるプログラムをまもなく開始します。

Alifeについて

Alifeはビル一棟を借り上げて快適な居住空間へリノベーションし、賃貸物件として貸し出すサービスです。各部屋には備え付けの家具が用意されており、施設内には人気のカフェがテナントとして入居。入居者は一日一杯のドリンクを追加料金なく楽しむことができます。いわばライフスタイルを楽しむためのさまざまな要素が月額の賃料に含まれるエコシステムを提供しています。現在、Alifeの施設は台北市内に２か所ありますが、今後も拡大する予定です。

日台のサービスを相互利用するExchange Programをスタート

今回、SHIBAURA HOUSEとAlifeが開始するパートナーシップは、台湾と日本双方の施設やサービスを共同利用できるものになります。対象となるのは、Alifeに居住するメンバー(台湾)とSHIBAURA HOUSEのコミュニティ"Relations"に加入している方(日本)になります。

Relationsのメンバーが台湾に滞在する際には3つのパッケージを利用することができます。それぞれのパッケージとも現地のライフスタイルを楽しむことができるほか、下記の特典が用意されています。

① Become Alifer : Alife内の共有スペースの利用
② Aspace Coworking Member : 短期滞在でのオフィス利用（1日-14日間）
③ Alife Living Member : 短期滞在での宿泊のディスカウント利用（1ヶ月-3ヶ月間）

*台湾のメンバーが日本へ行く場合

Alifeメンバーが東京に滞在する際、SHIBAURA HOUSEが提供するサービスは以下の4つになります

・1F/2Fのワーキングスペースを24時間利用可能
・イベント開催時の会場使用のディスカウント（+SNSでの広報）
・カフェでのドリンクのディスカウント  *平日11:00-15:00
・3Fのプライヴェートスペースの利用 *要予約

SHIBAURA HOUSE × Alife Partnership Agreement

We are happy to announce that SHIBAURA HOUSE has concluded a partnership with Alife, a Taiwanese lifestyle brand that has been gathering attention.

About Alife
Leasing a whole building and renovating it into a comfortable living environment, Alife provides residential spaces for rent. Each room is finely equipped with furniture. Additionally, a resident will get a free drink every day without additional cost at a popular cafe in the same building. So to speak, it is the ecosystem that Alife provides — and the residents will benefit from multiple elements of the dynamics, covered by the monthly rent. Currently, Alife has two facilities in Taipei City, and is planning for further expansion.“Alife×SHIBAURA HOUSE Exchange Program”
The partnership offers shared use of facilities and services both in Taiwan and Japan. The Alife residents in Taiwan and the Relations members at SHIBAURA HOUSE are eligible for the service.

From Japan to Taiwan
When a Relations member stays in Taiwan, one can choose a plan from the three packages below. The details will be published later.

① Become Alifer: Access to the common spaces in Alife and enjoy various “A Lifestyle Projects”.
② Aspace Coworking Member: A short-term access to the office spaces. (At least 1 day and no more than 14 days.)Members can also enjoy various “A Lifestyle Projects”.
③ Alife Living Member: A discount on renting the residential spaces. (At least 1 month and no more than 3 months.)Members can also enjoy various “A Lifestyle Projects”.

From Taiwan to Japan
When an Alife member stays in Japan, SHIBAURA HOUSE supplies four types of service as follows.

・24h access to the working space on the 1st and 2nd floor.
・The special discount for booking our event spaces (This service includes event promotion on SNS.)
・The discount for drinks at our cafe. on weekdays from 11:00 to 15:00.
・Access to the private space on the 3rd floor. (Reservations are required.)
