Come join our crowdfunding for SHIBAURA HOUSE on Motion Gallery!

A crowdfunding project for SHIBAURA HOUSE has just launched!
Since the platform Motion Gallery is available only in Japanese, we’ve prepared English instructions here for our international supporters.

SHIBAURA HOUSE in Tokyo, is a glass-walled building designed by architect Kazuyo Sejima. Since its opening in 2011, it has served as a community space open for the local area.

Part of the building has been converted into a dormitory-style guest rooms, creating a new space where local residents, visitors from Japan and abroad can connect naturally. The space design, commissioned from Kazuyo Sejima, features an open and transparent layout that harmonizes with the city’s landscape.

Through this crowdfunding campaign, we are raising funds to further expand our cultural and social connections beyond borders. Contributions will support renovation and operational costs, and supporters will receive rewards such as accommodation vouchers and name recognition in the building's credits.

With your support, we can create a new SHIBAURA HOUSE together — a space that connects the local and the global.
