SHIBAURA HOUSE has four unique floors which you can rent. This architecture shows many faces throughout the day, bright and open atmosphere during the day time and dramatic looking in the evening. It is up to you to find new ways to maximize the potential of the space. Why not organize an event that only you can create?

LIVING
A space for anybody to connect with the town
A bright and spacious 100㎡ floor and 5.2m ceiling. A variety of plants give a calming atmosphere. The floor is equipped with a kitchen and as drinking and eating is possible, and therefore a great space to host parties of up to 80-person capacity (standing party). It is also suitable for talks and workshops, benefiting from a glass covered, open atmosphere.

LOUNGE
Lounge in the warmth of the greenery and sunlight filtering through the trees
While the open-ceiling connects with the 1st floor, the 2nd floor has a calmer atmosphere. A great lounge space, when using the 1st floor for a party. It is also suitable for small exhibitions with its natural light from the southern terrace.
※If you are concerned about traveling noise or food smells, we recommend you to rent both floors.

Office spaces connected by a gentle curve
The floor is gently divided into two spaces by a glass window and a terrace. Each area can accommodate about 15 people. The space is suitable for presentations and seminars, complete with whiteboard and monitor.

BIRD ROOM
An island that floats in an urban sky
Located about 25m above the ground the space is fully covered with glass, making you feel as if you are floating in the air. The room is suitable for presentations and seminars, fully-equipped with projector and audio equipment. There are various ways to use the space, for a sky high exercise class or a party in the night-scape. The 5th terrace provides a wonderful, open breeze. Maximum capacity of the space is about 80 people.
